Food Truck Fiesta

Do you follow the many food trucks on Twitter? Do you love these wagons full of culinary goodness taking over the lunch scene on Chicago streets? If you have fond memories of ice cream trucks in the summer or crave the jumbo pretzels sold on the streets of Manhattan, why not have them at your wedding reception?

What I am trying to say is food trucks are awesome and they have made a come back in a big way. Amazing flavors are now on the go. What a great way to liven up a reception or to satisfy those who built up an appetite after dancing the night away. From pizzas to ice cream, gourmet pretzels to kababs, mac & cheese to cupcakes - the sky is the limit!

These are small, delicious additions that really can represent a couple's culinary style. Its fun and completely approachable, plus it hasn't been over done....yet!

Get on the culinary wagon...pun intended.
